Although the actual website didn't begin until 2005, Takara Rabbitry was created back in 1995 when a girl on her 6th birthday received a tiny black ball of fur and paws to call her very own. Although she didn't know it then, "B.B." would spark her interest in rabbits and help her discover the wonderful world of everything rabbit-y.

Takara Rabbitry is located in Parksville, B.C on Vancouver Island. It is a small rabbitry, more 4-H based than anything. I have owned English Lops since 2002. Before that, I bred Mini Lops and Dutch.
